Introducing  Gill

Gill is an experienced home boarder and dog lover. She has been married to Mark for 25 years and they have 2 older children, Georgia and Louis. 

She has worked with a Springer Spaniel rescue charity for over 5 years which involves fostering a great number of Springers and working with potential new owners to ensure that each dog is placed with the most appropriate 'forever home'.

Gill and her family have also owned three dogs of their own. Barney, a Golden Labrador who passed away at 12 years of age and the beautiful and beloved Marley who they lost to Cancer in November 2019 at just 9 years old. And now they have Buster, another rescue Labrador who came to them at just 10 months old in April 2020. 🐾

Gill is carrying on her love of dogs through home boarding and established "Inn the Doghouse" in memory of Marley as he loved welcoming new furry friends into their home. 

Gill and her family are huge dog lovers and can guarantee lots of long walks in the hills (e.g. open countryside over Rivington) and endless cuddles. Being a sporting family, walks around football and cricket pitches on weekend stays are an extra bonus with lots of open spaces to explore.
